Initial Consultation
The initial consultation to discuss current network setup & design is always free. This is generally very detailed and may last up to 2 hours. A complete network assessment & documentation can be provided for our standard hourly fee.

Normal Rates for Services
$90/hour Standard On-site Service Rate (one hour minimum)
$110/hour Firewall / Router Service Rate (one hour minimum)
$75/hour In-office PC Service Rate (one hour minimum)
(customer drop off and pickup)
$45 fee Standard bench charge (diagnostics/estimate) $65/hour Application Training Rate

Cabling
$125/drop Standard Cable Drop Rate (including cable and jacks)

After-hours, Weekends & Emergency Rates
Non-scheduled, after-hours support is provided at 1.5 times the normal applicable hourly rate Monday – Thursday nights from 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM Non-scheduled, weekend support is provided at 2 times the normal applicable hourly rate 5:00 PM Friday until 8:00 AM Monday.
